The Faculty of Dentistry conducted its 4th out-reach oral health education program for 410 kindergarten children from Cambridge English School, on 13th Feb, 2012. The fifth and sixth year clinical dental students and the academic staff of the disciplines of Dental Public Health and Pediatric Dentistry organized a fun filled and information packed event for the children.

During the visit, the dental students educated and advised the participating children on dietary and brushing habits. It was a wonderful experience for the students of the faculty as it gave them an opportunity towards motivating oral health promotion skills in children.

The students were excited to have this practical exposure as a part of their course.
