Technical support is available for all staff & students. The Technical Support Administration provides professional assistance to correct and fix the technical problems, whether it is software or hardware, facing the end users.

For any required help or support on your PC or printer, whether it is software or hardware problem, do one of the following:

Option 1:
Click on the following link to send an email to TSA Help Desk

Option 2:
Call ext. 36666 and state your name, location, phone ext. and simple description of the problem.

Option 3:
Visit the secretary's office in the Administration located on the ground floor of the new extension building and state your name, location, phone ext. and simple description of the problem.

In all cases, a computerized job card will be created for your case to be taken by one of TSA support team. Job cards are processed as first come first serve. We recommend using Option 1 as it is the most efficient way.

Any calls, emails, office visits for support to any of TSA staff members will not be considered as all staff will have other jobs in their hands and we appreciate your help for not disrupting their work in progress as this creates lots of delays and problems everywhere in HSC.

Important note:
The Technical Support Administration will support only those PC's and printers which are provided by Kuwait University and only the Operating System and the applications installed by the Computer Center.
