The OCST was established on January 7, 2009 upon the receipt of the approval letter from the Secretary General of Kuwait University. Its organizational structure follows the one mentioned in the University President Decree number 1072 and dated May 11, 2008.
By virtue of the support of the university departments, the deanships of Faculty of Pharmacy, and active faculty members in academic departments who managed the office to perform its role effectively through the training of many individuals in the fields of pharmacy, in addition to organizing many courses and training programs to various institutions and government agencies.
The Office of Consultation, Studies & Training provides consultancy and scientific services for those who wish to do so, sessions and special training programs for institutions and ministries.
